PKAT Arm’s has started this web page to allow customer to bid on desirable pre-owned firearms. We are running this auction site in good faith and the customer needs to know that these pre-owned weapons may rate differently with another appraiser. All sales are final. The customer with the winning bid is responsible for all shipping and handling cost. To bid on a gun, you must meet the requirements of the state you live in. In North Carolina, you must be 18 y/o to purchase a long gun and 21y/o to purchase a handgun, firearms and lower receiver. All guns that will be shipped must be shipped to a valid FFL of your choice. Any and all bids are final and you are obligated to your bid if you should win. Winning bidder has two business days to either come into the store and pay by method of choice or call the store at (252)777-4293 to pay by credit card. The auction item will be added back into our inventory or placed back on auction. Failure to comply will result in not being able to bid on future auction items. Although we are offering an item up for auction on this site, PKAT Arms reserves the right to end the auction early as it is also for sale in the retail location. If the auction ends early, we will cancel any active bids and deactivate the auction.
